The website also uses WP Consent API to communicate consent choices between compatible WordPress plugins. Google Site Kit uses those choices to update Google Consent Mode.

Visitors can accept all available categories, reject all non-essential categories, manage Analytics and Advertising/Marketing separately, save selected preferences, reopen consent settings later, and change or withdraw consent.

Consent preferences are set to expire after 365 days, after which the website may request a new choice. A visitor may also be asked again if consent-related settings materially change or if stored preferences are no longer available.

7. Google Consent Mode v2

Google Site Kit is the sole owner of Clickzono's existing Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense tags.

Google Site Kit Consent Mode v2 is enabled. Before a visitor makes a choice, the website sends worldwide default-denied consent signals for:

• ad_user_data
• ad_personalization

When a visitor makes or changes a choice, Moove communicates the Analytics and Advertising/Marketing preferences through WP Consent API. Google Site Kit then updates the corresponding Google consent signals.

• Reject All: Analytics and Advertising/Marketing remain denied.
• Accept All: Analytics and Advertising/Marketing are granted.
• Analytics only: Analytics is granted and Advertising/Marketing remains denied.
• Advertising/Marketing only: Advertising/Marketing is granted and Analytics remains denied.
• Withdrawal: The affected consent signals return to denied.

Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense scripts may load before a visitor provides consent. However, the applicable Google Consent Mode signals are set to denied before a choice is made.

When consent is denied, Google may still receive limited cookieless measurements, technical requests, or consent-state signals. These communications are intended to operate without the analytics or advertising storage covered by the denied consent signals.

Clickzono does not claim that Google Analytics 4 or Google AdSense scripts are physically blocked before consent. The current implementation uses Consent Mode v2 default-denied behavior rather than strict prior-consent script blocking.

8. Google Analytics 4

Clickzono uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to improve website performance, content, and services.

Analytics consent is denied by default worldwide. If a visitor grants Analytics consent, Google Site Kit updates analytics_storage to granted. If the visitor rejects Analytics or later withdraws that choice, analytics_storage remains or returns to denied.

9. Google AdSense

Clickzono intentionally uses Google AdSense.

Advertising and Marketing consent is denied by default worldwide. If a visitor grants Advertising/Marketing consent, Google Site Kit updates ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization. If the visitor rejects Advertising/Marketing or later withdraws that choice, these signals remain or return to denied.

Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies when the relevant consent has been granted. When consent is denied, Google may still receive limited cookieless or consent-related signals under Consent Mode.

10. Google Sheets lead tracking

Contact-form and enquiry information may be copied into Google Sheets for lead tracking, enquiry management, marketing follow-up, lead nurturing, and sales communication.

Access to Clickzono's contact-form submissions, related enquiry emails, receiving mailbox, and lead information is limited to S. Vignesh.

11. Service providers

Website hosting: Clickzono's WordPress website is hosted using Hostinger infrastructure.

Email delivery: Contact-form submissions are processed by the Clickzono WordPress website and delivered through the hosting server's email system to a Google Gmail mailbox controlled by S. Vignesh.

• Google Analytics 4: Provides website analytics subject to consent settings.
• Google AdSense: Provides advertising and advertising measurement subject to consent settings.
• Google Sheets: Supports lead tracking and enquiry follow-up.
• Google Site Kit: Manages the existing Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense tags and implements Google Consent Mode v2.
• GDPR Cookie Compliance by Moove Agency: Provides the visitor-facing cookie banner, preference categories, and consent controls.
• WP Consent API: Communicates consent-category choices between compatible WordPress plugins.

Moove and WP Consent API form part of the website's consent-management implementation. Their inclusion does not add a second GA4 or AdSense tag.

Clickzono does not knowingly share visitor or lead information with any additional third-party provider beyond the website hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense, and Google Sheets services identified above.

Clickzono does not sell personal information and does not provide or sell leads to unrelated partners, contractors, or subcontractors for their own marketing purposes.

12. Information retention

Contact-form submissions, enquiry emails, and related lead records are retained for one year. After that period, they are deleted when they are no longer required.

This retention approach also applies to enquiry details copied into Google Sheets for lead tracking and follow-up.

Clickzono does not state a specific retention period for routine backup copies and does not guarantee immediate deletion from backup copies.

13. Security

Clickzono uses measures currently available to protect website and lead information, including restricted WordPress and account access, strong account passwords, HTTPS/SSL, backups, encryption where provided by the relevant services, and limited access to contact-form, mailbox, and lead information.

No website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Privacy requests

You may contact Clickzono to request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, objection to certain uses, or withdrawal of consent.

Requests may be submitted to vkey07062000@gmail.com. Clickzono may request reasonable identity verification where necessary. Valid requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may also change or withdraw Analytics and Advertising/Marketing consent directly through the website's persistent cookie-preferences control.

The website is primarily intended for people seeking business and digital marketing services.

Clickzono does not currently impose a specific minimum age for using the website or submitting an enquiry. The website is not primarily directed at children.
